All properties have linen provided although if you intend to swim, it may be advisable to bring an extra towel or you may find yourself without a dry one!

Kitchens are equipped with neccessary utensils and cooking equipment. The standard of which will vary from property to property.

Gas and electricity are included in the price unless heating is required (usually in Off Season months) when the cost is payable to the owners in local currency.

Many of the properties have central heating and/or wood burners and open fires and are therefore suitable for winter rentals.

Baby cots and extra 'camp type' beds can be supplied if requested.

Travel

Due to the remoteness of most of the properties we consider that a car is essential although many of the trips to Florence, Rome etc are best undertaken by train.

Annoyances

Many of the properties are in a rural location and you may be subjected to occasional machinery noise, tractors etc. and workers start early.

Insects can be a nuisance in some areas in certain weather conditions.

Furnishings

The quality of furniture and fittings may vary from property to property. We try to keep the pictures up to date but furniture may differ from that in the photographs if it has since been renewed.
