
Col di Rosa is a stone farmhouse in Southern Tuscany situated between the walled cities of Cortona and Citta di Castello.
The house is the
last in a tiny hamlet with blacksmith and carpenter as neighbours and has been restored using local craftsmen and traditional materials.
The house nestles in the valley surrounded by wooded hills and is two miles from the village of San Leo Bastia where there are 2 bars each
with shop attached.
