The house is situated on the border of Tuscany and Umbria, half an hour from Cortona. The two acres of terraced hillside is well kept with olives, fruit and vines and overlooks the picturesque Morra valley which leads to the historic hill-top town of Castiglion Fiorentino.

This charming villa is comfortably furnished in local country style with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms (Two double and one twin bedded) and 3 bathrooms.

The spacious sitting room leads onto a shaded dining area near the purpose built barbeque and traditional bread oven.

Fully centrally heated and suitable for Christmas and winter holidays - 2 open fire places.

Outdoors

For immediate needs there is a general store and bar at the bottom of the hill and the local town Trestina is a 10 minute drive.

Among the famous beautiful cities nearby are ASSISSI, SIENA, PERUGIA, ORVIETO and many others for you to discover. Lake Trasimeno with its islands and beaches is within easy reach.
